We have had 3 sonics pop at the front of the struts on their maiden flight.this years nozzles are a bit further down the strut and what I am putting it down to is the bladder not seating in right to the LE (ie it has a small bend in it still from when it was put in at the factory).Make sure that you do a partial pump up and massage it into place
