Hey all you Sunny Coast punters... this weekend looks like it's going to be sick - maybe we should organise a club downwinder this Saturday or Monday from Stumers to Sunshine.

Echo - no epic journeys from Brisbane to DI on your new SS Machine
Rooey - hope you haven't done a knee or ankle or something and can join in on the water.

I'm thinking beers and maybe a snag afterwards.

Any Goldie crew or Brissie crew up for the weekend please PM me and let me know.

OK, lets plan for Saturday - Stumers creek to Sunshine Beach.

Lets aim for 1pm start at Stumers depending on the wind - keep an eye on this post.

ok people the S change seems to have come earier than expected, its 9:45 and its already capping pretty decently, lets essemble, stumers-castaways come on.

You've heard Sunseeker?,swisted my right knee last Sat arvo at Booreen pt,not good can't kite for a spell but can film, cook, transport and drink beer(if necessary) if you guy's need any of the above will help out for Sat D/Wnder, any grom's want a lift to Stumer's from Noosa?, all keep posted on S/B...Roo p.s Banana we could combine gammy legs and be fully unco!

Started off the weekend with a downwinder with Echostorm - the Southerly came through at about 17:00 - we hit the water at 17:30 and finished at 18:30 just getting fully dark - what an awesome run. So beautiful in the twilight

We might start tomorrow at 12:00 at Stumers so that we can be on the water by 13:00 after dropping cars etc?

Coming up the coast from Brisbane today. First downwinder. Keen as!
Where is the meeting spot?
Is it the end of Stummers Creek road? Or back up towards the carpark?
Is it midday?

Looks like we're doing a run this morning at 10:00 from Stumers Creek to Castaways - meet at end of the road at Stumers Creek at 10. If anyone can leave a car up there that would be great. otherwise we can go up there after the run to pick people up.

I'm sure others will be up there at 12 if that's what time you can get there. There will be kiters around all day long i reckon

have work commitments till 12.00,will find all at casterway,s and can transport at least 5 people back to Stumers/Coolum,or SMS if plans change...Roo
