I am staying on the sunny coast for the next week for hols and am just wondering where the best spots are for beginners. We are here for the next week or so and our apartment is in Peregian Beach so any where near there would be good. What wind is need for what spots? we have been to the Noosa River mouth but there was no wind there and Peregian beach is too rough and rocky. Any ideas would be appreciated :)

golden beach is good in SE, , happy valley not for beginners sketchy take off and dangerous currents (caloundra)
