Havent rode in St Kilda for a while but does
Anyone know who the idiot was in the kiddy pool St Kilda with
his kite(Naish i think) dead above his head down wind of everyone for most of the session .Not sure if he was a beginner.
I saw a local guy say something to him but he seemed to ignore everyone[}:)][}:)]

Guys the beach is for sharing

PS: i think he sounded American
