want to know how a twintwip would go as a wakeskate(remove straps and cover with grip tape).. got a 05 protoy sitting there doing nothing..
would it work ok?

Do wake skates have more rocker than twin tips? i reckon most twin tips would be too flat and a bit long

well you could ride around on it, but it would be a **** wakeskate.

glass some kicks onto the tips (or use surf deck pads) and cover the deck with grip tape, worth a shot. The 05 was pretty flat and rounded in the rails wasn't it? might be a bit small though

wake skates need weight I reckon, for skate tricks you need weight in the board, not something that might catch wind and spin the opposite way to you kick it..

I think wakeskates are usually a bit wider too
