Yep all the time!!
Like every day at the moment. Blown out LE bladder today, right at the tip - a common problem on some kite.
Tear not only fixes it but prevents further blowouts, because it is so much stronger but just as elastic as a bladder.
For valves, I always use a small amount of Kite Fix glue to seal the area between the cut circle and the base of the valve, works every time and I never get leaks from the small radial rib lines on the base of most valves, that can create a track for air to leak at the base of the valve still.
One caution with Tear Air as mentioned once you put it on you cannot get it off without destroying the bladder.
If you do get a leak from a wrinkle, cover it with another piece of tear aid, you can fix virtually aby size blow out. I have done some well over 12 inches long.
