Hi all,
Big thanks to those that assisted on Friday night to carry me out of the water and into the ambulance.
I was fortunate to sustain a broken verterbrae in my spine, however it could have been a lot worse.
Thanks to Emily for calling the ambulance and getting everything sorted and Martin for ensuring I did not move or get up and walk and for helping.
Looking forward to getting back out there in a few months, this time when the tide is in and I'm in deep deep water.
Enjoy what you do guys, happy kiting always.

Damn Rea! Surprise sandbar? I looped onto one of those in Feb and my ass is still numb! Sounds like I got off light! All the best for the recovery, Im sure that Martin and the rest of the legends from KR will be bringing you round endless cuppas and takeaway meals.
