Yes a provocative title, but that is just to make sure people read it.
I needed a favour on a day trip to the Sunny Coast and the guys at Ocean Addicts in Marrochydore helped me out heaps......so big respect to Luke and Haydn.
Only to happy to give a thanks to guys who are just good blokes and have a kick a*se shop to boot. If you are up that way drop in and see all the trick gear... Ben Wilson kites, Naish and North all the good stuff including some sick looking bamboo boards.
Big ups to Ry Blakeney and Ben Wilson for also taking time out of their days to try to help me out...Ry isn't a Queenslander but we won't hold that against him.
Kiting used to be full of good willed people, who are stoked on kiting......maybe it still is.
Thanks guys!

Wal, I don't mean to be rude, but your post is one of the most boring I have ever read in my life, I suggest you answer the following three questions to make it exciting:
1. What was this wonderful favor they did?
2.How high did you jump? (if less than 8mertres please lie)
3.Did you spray buckets?

Waves at Conventries(????) were good but it was a bit onshore to really stay on em. But it was at WA strength, had the depower on the 8m Noise the guys set me up with fully out......they are a nice stable super grunty kite.
The beachies are definately more user friendly in QLD, must be the gently sloping ocean bottom, not as dumpy as here in WA. Rivermouth there was also excellent for twin tippers.
It is a nice change as a goofy to finally be able to tack out on the preferred stance to use the rollers for some easy strapless airs.
Wishy - I knew someone would complain when I didn't get on the forum to bag (somebody, some race of people, a brand, locals, non, locals, councils, the old lady next door, a bit of sand in my boardies) take your pick. Sorry just to trip out on people being nice.
