Power Balance were busted by the ACCC last year. Anyone found to be selling them and claiming that they are anything beyond a rubber band are subject to a $10,000 per incident fine.

I can't quite work out the link between a hologram and the release of ions? Everything else is suitably vague for snake oil such as this, but the hologram and ions are oddly specific. Theoretically, a device which creates a hologram could also release ions, but the hologram itself is nothing but an image. The only thing I know of that comes off an image is photons, either created or reflected...

I'm sure they meant Photons then!
Don't know if they will sell for more than 10K each though, so may sit this one out.

But these are +Positive Energy Bands. These are the real deal, man! Not those false power balance bands...any fool could see they were a con. But these +Positives, man, they're the real thing, man. I mean, they got a "plus sign" in front of the word "Positive" so they gotta be good, yeah. Double positive! I gotta have me some of these!
