Anyone used these to combat tennis elbow? Injured my shoulder and since being out of the sling any hand or forearm work's flaring up my elbow.

I have been using it. It's helped a lot. I got two, the RED and the GREEN. The red one is easier and use it after hard kiting session and also after other sports. The Green one is heavier and use this as my normal one. Twice daily or more will see a massive improvement.

Get one of those spikes massage balls (no idea what they're called but all physio's sell them) and use that with the flexbar.

Yes I have and there’s nothing wrong with them but I found that small dumbbell weights were easier to use sitting in front of the TV and they worked just as well.

Do you just bend this thermaBand into a U shape repetetively and it helps with elbow discomfort? Im interested because I will undergo elbow surgery soon.

There's heaps on the net- I just picked a couple... Ones for tennis and another for golf elbow.

Ask loftywinds if he's got a dildo you could borrow, surely it would do the same job.

You need to be able to get your hands around it........

Got mine online, since my physio had not heard of them.
A small dumbbell does the same thing but I can carry these around with me and I cant do so with a dumbbell. Also, the resistance you get from the flexbar would require about a 2kg dumbbell - for me at least that's what I found.

These bars are gold! 6 weeks on and no pain during or after a kite. I've had dramas for nearly two years.

Available through Australian physio supplies in Balcatta.

Long time sufferer of Tennis Elbow here....Became debilitating and stopped me from kiting....

I have to say the 2kg or 3kg Dumbell workout has worked a treat over the last 3 weeks. Had a 4 hour session with no pain whatsoever so thumbs up to using the dumbells...I did also couple it with tricep curls on a cable machine which gives the twisting motion too...

Im looking forward to a full season now :-)
