i spose maybe we should limit the appeal our cars have to these low lifes.
like removing any kiting stickers from your car, try keeping the gear out of sight, or even consider tinting your windows (reduces the UV damage to ya gear in the car and its not as hot when u get back into it).
i also try not park in areas that are out of the way, i try to park right next to the beach where heaps and heaps of ppl can see the car, i think its called visual sercurity, that and ma car alarm is dam loud
and last but not least, if you are going to ya fave location to kite with the missus in tow, or some other mates who dont kite, then take all ya gear with you and pile it up together on the beach and there will usually be ya better half sitting there next to it, or some mates drinkin some tinnies. that said, that doesnt stop them breakin into ya car and stealing ya sterio and other stuff.
but yeah, some ideas for this summer, hope it reduces the amount of break-ins and gear going missing.
