Probably a long shot but has anyone who has been overseas to compete in any type of Kiteboarding event (freesytle/waves/racing) found travel insurance which covers you during the event?

Planning a Kiteracing trip to Europe and America and havnt had any luck with insurance so far. I have found a couple that cover it but they all exclude "competing" or "racing" or "professional sport" ect...
