It was the usual slider situation - windy until the slider comes out and once it's in place the wind goes away... the wind did show itself for 2 surprise 20minute sessions however, these sessions weren't perfect but they made me realise that riding a rail or slider with a kite isn't just about besting your all-time hits, it's more about building on what you can do in that same session. As I've said before kiteboarding will never have the consistency of a boat or cable set up, but ultimately I think that's what keeps us all coming back for more.
If you're having fun it's all good.

Cool vid, maybe next time when you have a 1:49 video don't make it so there is only 1 minute of actual content.
Cheers

Nice.

Also my life was not impacted negatively by the "non content"

I would say there's closer to 1:10 of content, but hey no one is forcing you to watch my vids, you're free to maybe tune out next time if you like .

Cheers, appreciate it!
I will say though, given that it's only a 1:50 vid I'm sure that most people will sit through the ratio of riding V lifestyle footage here. Unfortunately without these sponsor intro/ product clips, there likely wouldn't be a video at all. Just skip them if they really bother you as you can likely bet they will be about the first 20 seconds or so of every vid .

p.s. Luckily we're not watching these things on VHS anymore and skipping stuff is as easy as lifting one finger . To be honest I skip the start and often other bits of pretty much every video I press play on.

I probably would have just stuck up the top and got flung off! haha. It was really sticky because I couldn't wet it down properly and I was on a 14m .

It's HDPE so would slide well, but I was pretty underpowered and couldn't really spray the top with any decent amount of water so it was all grippy with bird sh!t haha.

what boots are they did not look like systems. Also does anyone know if the new ronix design (codes, ones) boots are holding up with kiteboarding since they been released around 8 months ago.

Boots were my old 2009 Ronix Cells, I rode them while waiting on a new pair of Systems (which I have now 2014 Mareks). I used to like Ronix, but after riding systems going back to them felt very inadequate, glad to have Systems back now.

I think the new Ronix are holding up well, I haven't seen or heard of people breaking them like they used to. If you buy an old pair just get someone to throw another layer of stitching around the base, if you do that and glue the stitching so it can't fray and break they last a fair while longer.

hahahaha, I don't think there's much to "progress" riding a foil into a slider is there? .

Depends what Dictionary you're looking at -

vagrant ('ve?gr?nt)
1. a person of no settled abode, income, or job; tramp
2. (Zoology) a migratory animal that is off course

adj
3. wandering about; nomadic
4. of, relating to, or characteristic of a vagrant or vagabond
5. moving in an erratic fashion, without aim or purpose; wayward
6. (Botany) (of plants) showing uncontrolled or straggling growth

Archaic equivalent: vagrom

[C15: probably from Old French waucrant (from wancrer to roam, of Germanic origin), but also influenced by Old French vagantvagabond, from Latin vagari to wander]
'vagrantly adv 'vagrantness n
