Hi guys, I just went for a run and I got a little bit upset because I wasn't going fast enough, and I didn't have a big rooster tail spraying behind me.

Do you have have any solutions for making running more enjoyable again? (I was listening to the mortal kombat theme song and U2 songs which helped slightly)

It helps when there's some hot ladies to look at. If running behind them (chasing) it gives you incentive to keep up - although it's a bit embarrassing when you can't keep up...

Maybe if you had a cone or two you might trick your brain in to thinking that your going faster than you really are.

Montaj.

Watch Baywatch and buy some Speedo's.

Then the answer will become clear.

the only way to make it more enjoyable is if there is wind, and you are running with your gear to the beach

(i doubt anyone will overtake you)

Mate, if I owned a helicopter like you, I wouldn't bother running
