Anyone kited in the estury @ Tuross Heads NSW, if so appreciate heads up in local intel!

Yes, Rode there about 3 or 4 years ago. Wikid surf break, pretty gusty for kiteing in the river. There was a good sand spit while I was there, but you definately need to work with the tide in mind! It's not the greatest, but It's nice!

I have had a go at Lake Coila, right up near the beach, but not at Tuross entrance. Coila is pretty gusty, but smooth.
Not sure abotu Tuross, looks like One Tree Point might get in the way of a NE, but probably worth a try. There's great surf in there at times.

nah, it's hopeless - forget it. Everywhere down here is hopelesss. And infested with crossbows...

In NE a bit gusty but do-able was able to go right up into the lake. SE looks even better but haven't tried it.
