just watched a couple of videos that are about 2 years old. i noticed that around half of the riders were using two line set ups.are there any experienced kiters out there still using two lines.also i am interested in hearing peoples thoughts on pulley bars.
i have used two line wipikas in the past and found that they take quite a bit more skill to hold your edge.also the four lines seem to allow you to kite a bigger wind range.
i also thought that the wind may be more consistant in hawaii, thus making two lines easier.

im pretty sure they dont even make em any more but alot of the 2 line riders only use the pulley bar. pulley bar enables u to depower aswell unlike the 2 line. alot of wake style riders prefer it too coz u can grab the middle of the bar to do technical moves without the kite looping around. they are good in consistant sea breezes but not as much fun in gusty winter winds. hope it helps
