Do the new boeards have concave bottoms?

yes, they actually have double concave bottoms. And if you compare it to the Airush ProToy that also is double concave, you will notice that the Underground is much more pronounced. This gives the board more stability when changing from heel to toeside.

I rode both boards and have to say they are DA BOMB!!! They will rock in waves as transitions from heel to toeside are unbelievable.

I have put a first review on www.kiteforum.com. I will post more once I had a chance to test the boards in waves and in stronger winds.

I liked it, and it does feel different. The 132 also matches my new kite, which is very very important.

What is with the two lines going through the bar to the chicken loop. is this so when you pull the bar in the fly lines get longer as the break lines shorten?

Also how calm is that water, must be nice to kite with wind on that flat stuff!

I have managed to have a couple of sessions on these boards, and they are the smoothest boards I have ridden. The double concave and spine design really work. Combined with Underground's 20+ years of board construction and laminating knowledge, the spine shape has really changed the way the board feels in the water. It rides through chop even smoother than the awesome 2005 boards, and the solid feel when you carve from one edge to the other as well as a locked in stability when tracking upwind, makes these the boards outstanding.

I haven't landed any powered mobes lately, so I will not comment on how it handles when landing hot.

The pads are now backed with a carbon fibre base plate, no more stick down pads so you can change the pad angle to suit, plus the pads are more aligned to the straps = more comfortable.
Fins are the same shape, can come with 40mm or 50's and now have 2 screws, inserts are even tougher and all stainless metric threaded.
Graphics are killer and should scare most fish away.
