Kitesurfing, kite surfing, kiteboarding or flysurfing ( French), are all names for the same sport. Kiteboarding is one of the latest sports under the heading #65533;#65533;extreme'. Why is it categorized so? Mainly because it gets the adrenaline pumping if travelling at up to 60 knots per hour and jumping 7 metres into the air does it for you. However with all extreme sports there is an element of danger. There are a number of ways to reduce the risks involved but one obvious one is to kite with other people and in locations which are recognized spots. breathe, try
