got out last night for just over an hour - nice consistent 16-18kts northerly and small knee to waist waves, butter smooth water behind the rock groin and nice waves to ride... love winter I hope we get at least as many fronts as we had last year!

thats lucky, i thought about not going back to nz after experiencing the nuclear wind WA summer, but glad i did . but seriously...... that sux, I have total sympathy

Lucky you for having a summer .Ours sucked ,raain raaain and very few days with wind and there is still no wind .perhaps La nina will bugger off and well have good ol el nino and wind next summer

NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![}:)]

Good to here a few sneaky sessions have been had here and there. I just got back from 4 weeks in Europe - left my kites behind thankfully because there no wind to be had anywhere along the way including Denmark, Sweden's West, Estonia, Northern Ireland and Dubai!. I came home to my see my Kite sitting in the office looking dry and in a state of hibernation.

It was all very depressing. Perhaps I could use my spare time to make some extra cash to pay for some nice new equipment for forthcoming season! Now I am getting excited.

7m HiFi's need like a category 2 hurricane to get up in the sky. your kung fu was like a meter high.

only if your a fat f*ck that cant kite for sh!t.. i only needed category 1.. and it was 2m high thank you.
