seen out on more than one occasion is a kitesurfer off cott main or thereabouts
have been at dutchies at the time so cant give more detail
this needs to stop or we wont be kiting at in cottesloe council territory at all
if out of towner please inform them
btw for melville water meter disbelievers it now has gusts measured under the average - work that out!

Ive seen a few kites out there while at Dutchies. Im not sure but I think they may be from people doing a down winders.
My understanding is that if your in any trouble landing at Cott main is ok but you have to have a good reason for it and not just cause your tired.

Yeah I've seen someone out there before.
I cant see how you could be in so much trouble that you need to land at cott main rather than drift 300-400m downwind.
