When you say guess the weight (board only).......
do you mean the deck only....?
with no footstraps, no bindings, no pads, no handle, no fins.....?????
Just the naked deck, hey ?
Is that what you mean ?

Pretty damn clear really slave look at the photo of the board on the scales and the text says:

Your task is to guess what was the weight of that kiteboard (board only) - it is 118cm long. Guesses have to be stated in kilograms with precision of 2 decimal places (i.e. 0.99 kg, 3.53 kg, etc).

I know the rules say 1 guess per person, but I just gave the system a little test and it allows you to put in multiple guesses.

Does That mean your latest guess is what gets recorded so I can change it later if I have a change of heart?

Yes .. however, if your second guess is the same as someone elses guess, the earlier guess wins the day!

So,
Just to clarify it further,
Sorry, I'm a little slow to catch on....
The comp is to guess the weight of a 2004 model ABoard (naked deck only),
which is 118cm long (width unknown)....
and the winning prize is a 2008 model ABoard...
Is that the comp ?

What if 2 people guess the same correct weight? Does it then go to the nearest unique weight or is there a play off?

lol.
There's no need to guess.

This is a very strange comp.
I mean,
anybody with a 2004 model ABoard stored in their shed,
(maybe they are still riding the thing)....
has an unfair advantage.
All they need to do is strip the deck of all the fruit...
and then weigh it.
Kilometric easy.
Unfortunately I don't own a 2004 model ABoard.
ABummer.

Too easy.... just read the scales it's ?.?? Kgs so it obviously must be between 1.00 & 9.99kgs, or perhaps its a trick question do you want to phone a friend ......I'm joking of course, I know you will have your own opinion.

P.S. Dustin don't post your answer here, click on the link and submit your answer.

I believe the first prize is an X series model.
That's a board for wakestylers.

The competition seems to be international, I saw it listed on another forum, so the odds are a bit slimmer than if it was only for Seabreeze users. Just thought I'd point that out.

Tobes - wasnt the other one a spot the changes comp ? ie different format altogether
Or are they running this one elsewhere as well as the crowded beach pic one I saw somewhere. (phew and we think our spots are crowded sometimes!)

here's a hint, that model scale only measures to .05 accuracy so all your entries better be 2.55, 3.60, 7.45 ect so round your answer to the nearest .05
