This won't help much, but......Anaconda had the easiest options..

I was on the search about a year ago - found all the cases and ear pieces to be ridiculously expensive and could only be submerged to 3m (so no good for me - needed it for diving).

I ended up making my own... pieces of 40mm pvc pipe and access to old ARGA mask gear..

...I told you it wasn't going to help much..

I can vouch for the H2O audio ones (plug type) workin a treat sound wise once you have "worn them in" but you gotta have either damn tight ears or a hat with ear flaps to hold them in.

buying these headphones and stuff is just the sort of thing you will use once then throw in the cupboard. a friend of mine is sponsered by H2Audio and doesnt even use their product.

GL with it.

I got a heap of the H20 head phones from surfection on military road mosman. I used them on for a movie and they where fine, a little uncomfy if you had them on all day and I removed the grey plastic cups on the ear piece that just irritated my ears to much. We where listening with Lectrosonics IFB's that I packed into Aquapacks. I got throw off jet skis and was caught on the in the impact zone of eight foot surf and the heads Phones and Aqua packs held up well. We did go through a few aquapack As they can rip down the fold over seal if the cable is run along a seam and treated rough

I also have the h20 headphones..... but i have found that they are not really that great for kiting. They are designed to make use of the underwater accoustic effect...... ie: when your head is under water they sound great, when you are out of the water they are horrible very tinny sound with very very little bass. Used them about 3 times and threw them in the cupboard.

Just go to red dot or king kong and buy a couple packs of the $2 headphones. They might only work once but it will still probably be cheaper.

Headphones and kiting don't go together anyway in my opinion.

I like it best when its just me, the ocean and nothing but the sound of my own skill.

Technicality, he was responding to a query, not starting a new thread to pimp.
