hahaha the good'ol bow vs C kite debate. My 2006 diesel bow inverts but the depower is awesome. 6 of 1 and half dozen of the other really. I believe IMHO that bows are safer and I would recommend them to any beginner.

I have no monetary gain in anything you buy, but I feel that the best kite to buy is a Hybrid or SLE. It is a cross between the Bow kites and the "C" kites.

I have spent 5 seasons on "C" kites and a full season on the bow kites and after having flown the Hybrids, I can assure you the best performance in general is the Hybrid.

We have been flying the Airush "FLOW" kites which are hybrids. Flown sizes 14, 12, 10 and 7 and all are awesome and so easy to fly it makes learning ridiculous. They have the big wind range of the bow, but don't invert, have the performance and turning of a "C" kite and relaunch easy.

Thanks for all the info guys, I looked at the 07 wahoo today and the sales person informed me that it was an excellent kite, and that because I will be learning on this Kite from the start I will not experience the change from C to Bow that others have found, apparently a liitle awkward.
I,m about to take the plunge I hope I,m buying the right one...oh now I have to pick a colour..lol
