I had that happen to all the strut bladders in my 04 fuel and was told by the South Africa Slingshot importer that it is a manufacturing fault with them and despite the age of the kite Slingshot is replacing them. He then gave me a new set of strut bladders for free.

This was around the time of a recent trip to Australia and I tried to get them through my local shop there after having first spoken to the SA guy. They told me there was no chance and I'd have to pay. So I went back to South Africa and didn't have to.

Before they all packed it in though I used some sort of clear adhesive like tyre patching rubber cement and normal bladder patches and managed to seal up the first holes pretty good. Once the whole lot let go though was another story.
