What wind to expect at Kitestock?

I'm only rigged to about 26kn? Any Idea if there would be enough demos around for the windier periods or will it be 25+ all the time? maybe time to raid the piggy bank.

history would do, past kitestock experience, that should keep the string pretty short ey?

be cool kite stock will have plenty of wind espec if last year was the go!!!

smallest kite i had was 9 mtr

Used my 4.5m last year...

So it can be pretty windy...

I don't think it dropped below about 30 knots for more than 10 minutes the entire event last year

It was funny watching all the dudes walking the beach with their 9m kites on their backs whilst it was howling at 30-40 knots half the time. I'd suggest bringing a small kite. Being out on the water is the only place to keep the powder like sand out of your eyes.

We were lit on 5's and 7's most of last year Yip yah! I love boosting!

I hope there will be some small size demo kites, otherwise I'll have to rig up my tee shirt for my 68kg....since my smallest is a giant 6m....
