Hey all - I'm going to be in Australia for about a month, and aside from a trip up the coast for about a week (Byron Bay then Cairns), I have a few weeks where I just want to kite. If you had three weeks to kite - where would you go? At least one week I'll be in Sydney, so aside from Sans Souci, where are the good spots?
Wind conditions/swell size for any locations appreciated. Cheers, Mike

north of Cairns - go to Port Douglas see Bruce from It's Extreme or give him a call, im sure he will be able to help.

Hi Mike
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Cairns is an absolute dud this time of year. Forecast is usaully around 10 knots and our mates the stingers until around end of march/april when the SE trades kick back in. We get a six month season then six months of virtually nothing, which has unfortunately just started.
