Hi All

Can anyone point me in the right direction to good areas for kitesurfing in the South Coast Ulladulla/Broulee/Batemens Bay areas?

Looking for somewhere safe, as I am taking a learner.

Advice greatly appreciated...

Mike, if you are around the Broulee area especially this weekend, just come down to North Broulee. Down near the island is a great place to learn, very safe. Should be a few of us around. Come and say hello, I've got a blue crossbow.

There's some great soprt around Ulludula as well, I just don't get up there as much.

The Bay is pretty crap, unless you need somwhere in a westerly.

Cheers,
Paul.

Brilliant, thanks! I'll come say hi for sure. Will have my bro on the trainer for a while (red ozone little devil). I've got a red Naish Boxer II.

Hey, do you know any instructors in the area? I'd like to arrange a few hrs for my Bro after I've had him body dragging.

Hey Mike,
Sounds like a good weekend at broulee, I might see you there as well, on Flysurfer.
Try David Connaughton - Broulee windsurfing - 4471 6620. Looks like a good nor easterly too!

No instructors locally. I think the closest is probably up around Gerroa. But what the hell, we can all watch and enjoy the show.

There should be enough people around to give pointers. Unfortuatly, Sydney might be the easiest place to get instruction.

There are a couple of local guys just starting out, who will no doubt be around, so your brouther should be OK.

Paul.

Closest shop would be WetSpot in Canberra. Maybe something up around Nowra.

Hi All

A fun weekend at Broulee North - shame the wind died on Sun and Mon, but had fun on Saturday.

Paul - thanks for the local info and friendly advice setting up and tuning my bro's kite. Pls pass onto Mark, with my email too.

Canberra lads - good to see you too. My brother is based in Canberra and once he gets going, we'll join you down there more often than not.

Email me at [email protected] if you're planning a Sydney trip.
