Or go on the QLD kiting section and flick through a few pages,
or try a google search,
or get on google maps,
or speak to kiting locals at the beach,
or visit one of the many kite shops.

I thought half the fun was getting the maps out and doing your own research?

Seriously??

Its the coast so kite on the water.

Look for other kites. If there's no kites out, it's crap so don't kite.

There are heaps of sick spots to kite up here...
Cotton Tree is wicked, work best on a N, NE, E, SE, gets a bit bit gusty on the Southery. The outgoing tide in the river mouth is the best option most of the time. If the time is going in just out on the main beach at Cotton Tree is pretty good.

Otherwise Caloundra - Happy Valley is sick on an outgoing tide. Works on anything with Southerly in it.

Noosa Rivermouth is the same kind of deal works best with anything Northerly.

Also heaps of downwiders... pretty much the whole coast is perfect for downwind runs.

If you need anything...Just drop into the and we will help you out mate.

Cheers

It's what I said without giving away all the details. People should actually have to do something to find the good spots.

Sheesh

I'm with Dave, Look out the window!

Everybody's friendly, bring all your gear and ask a few questions when you get here.
