Which light wind board for choppy conditions? I am 92kg and ride crossbows in choppy and small wave conditions and I want to get a low wind board? What is best Exile, Glide, WLF, FLX custom, Cardboard custom, Hustla?

ive demoed a few of the nobile 666 (and also the 555) boards, and they are awesome for the chop and small waves,

The felx works wonders, and the foot pads are soooo nice

Im just not sure i want to spend that sort of $$$

The only downside to these boards is the sharp rails which give your shins a real whack if %#@ hits the fan in the waves etc.

They are defn worth demoing or having a good look at though

I have only tried the Glide, i found it cranked upwind and was real skatey due to small fins and no rocker... I hope to make something similar for under 100... who knows if it will work...

Hey Benk,

As a light wind rider and heavy bloke, the Exile is a great performer, plenty of crew at our local use the Exile for light conditions and they get going in next to nothing and fly upwind.

Being so wide it is a strange board to freestyle, but hey, freestyle of any type is good if you can get going in lighter winds than anyone else eh?

Good winds,

Hey Benk,

The Liquid Force WLF is an awesome board for what you want, very similar to the Exile which is nice too.

We have new 06 models reduced on our website www.fulltilt.com.au

I have also just traded a perfect 05 model if interested.
