My Darwin Award goes to...

He's usually the guy who set's up his kite 10 feet upwind from a patroled cubbies station with 20-30 people in the area....yeah you know who you are.
When you tried to hot launch your bow "link" and one of the pulleys on the leading edge tangled with the trailing, started to circle violently down the beach over the clubbies patrol vehicle.
I was the one who nearly lost his finger trying to catch it before it hit a group of innocent bather's ...with kids.
MATE YOU GOT MY DARWIN'S AWARD !!
I just hope after 4 month's you have got the message, or still alive.

This was back in feb and I have only seen the guy a couple of times, I'm not going to name names out of respect and probably for the fact that everyone's had a moment or 10 where you've been put in dangerous situations. Only now i keep away whenever I seen him as don't wish to be associated with him. And i hope he's learnt his lesson that no matter how many saftey mechanism's attached to your kite or bar, ya still gunna have moments... (Peregian Beach...in front of the surf club)
