my diagnossis, after last night's awesome session in gusty 30+ knots with no one else on the beach, is that people complain because of lack of kiting...!

I'd say 75% of kiters don't / won't / can't / shouldn't kite 30+ knots.

But on the other hand a lot of kiters simply don't bother when there is less than 20 knots.

Each to their own comfort zones and enjoyment.

PS: 30 knots and overhead? Yeeeeeeeehaaaaaa!

you'll find that 90% of people are what i call 'happy complainers' nothing pleases them more than when they have somthing to complain about, mainly dissatisfied people married with kids! luckily for kiting were all happy happy !

I find a some guys limit themselves then complain about the conditions never being right.

EG "i only ride surfboards in waves in 20 knots!.....I haven't been out lately theres never the right conditions"

Haha silly buggers more wind for the wind addicts. I landboard and kitesurf. due to that combo i can kite from 3 knots to 50 knots. There's plenty of times i'm landboarding on the beach sub 10 knots and there's 10 kitesurfers sitting waiting for more wind.

Shhh.... don't tell anyone but landboarding on a hard smooth beach is very similar to butter flat water kitesurfing.... shh,,, can't have too many people having too much fun!...

PS i've kited so much in the last 4 days i scream every time i have to stand up... its brilliantly painful...

"Why do people complain and winge non stop..."

Have this issue with 30% of staff in our department!!!! [}:)] BTW - I'm not joking and serious it's that much and so much negativity I'd rather quit.

I WIIISSSSSHHHHHH reason was lack of kiting or windsurfing, but its just the stick they have permanantly in their a$$

*i do it for the kids... i do it for the kids... I do it for the kids.....*

Lotta is my "wing man"....haaa friggin haaa
He likes his beer too. Not a bad thing! I'm inclined to have one on his behalf.

But back on topic....

Why do ppl whinge non-stop?

Psycologically speaking humans are pre disposed to stress associated to alot of outside/inside forces.

Stress needs to be released ....and in the modern world of the (horrible )internet, we can facelessly bag ppl without (many) conseqenses.

So we bag, whinge.

Are you whinger.
ps There is no correct answer to the above question, that wont be answered with, "stop whinging"

PPS looks like the seabreeze is gunna kick in by the end of the week,

so surely the forums will be friendly again.
