Had a mate arrive fresh of the plane fom pomgolia a couple of weeks ago, keen as to get out there.
Off to Lano I told him, plenty of room and I'm sure you will love the local windsurf instructor.
Mte comes back a few days later and tells me about 3 spots I though were realtivley low key.
"How did you find em?" I say. "Piece of of piss mate, just drove up the road. You can spot the kites in the air from miles away!" :(
One euro even told him that he found out about one place as he go a PM on seabreeze.
There aint no hiding it, kites in the sky stick out like dogs balls.
Spose that's one the polies have on us.

The key to keeping your favourite spot uncrowded is to always talk it down.

"Never any wind, bull sharks, oysters, sea urchins, sting rays, drop bears, windsurfers, etc"

The rule is you have to keep the kites just off the water in the power zone, Loops must be done with kiter above the kite at all times.

There will be a big bucket of ice on the beach for ankles. knees and shoulders after each 20 min session

Okay my power zone kite placement idea, plus Chris with his infrared night vision goggles, plus plummets doing this all in extreme place and conditions, no one will find us!!! Including sea and rescue.

The Port Hedland crew have it sorted. They kite right near town on the spoil bank but to discourage crew they have recently installed a 4m croc. It didn't deter everyone so they shot it and now they have an injured 4m croc with a bad attitude.
Seriously how do you miss a croc that big sunbathing on the flats.

That's gold! A 4m croc, damn that hot weather does something to your heads... in a good way, was in karratha for a while. You do indeed go troppo!
