Looks like a bit of NNE wind tomorrow morning. Will that work on the ocean, say Brighton beach, or is there a better spot for that wind direction. Haven't had a day of kiting in like 2 months and DYING to get a session again...

considering it will be cross-off and coming from over those hills and buildings in a NE direction i think it'd be very average and quite possibly very dangerous if you get into trouble....
just wait for the next front.

Yeah nowhere on the Ocean (except maybe Rotto - Transit's breaking with NNE wind would be swoit)

There's plenty of places on the River. I had a good session in front of the Attadale foreshore (dog park) on a NE last Winter. The wind direction was dead on-shore and there's a line of bank just off the shore there that breaks up the sh!tty river chop so it's smooth inside. I believe you're not supposed to launch from there but it would be easy enough to launch at Lucky Bay and kite over (~500m).

Woodies - walk round to North beach and launch there. Still be gusty but best option on a Northerly (current forecast).
