Sorry if this is old news - new to me! A site showing METARs updated half-hourly, for any point on the planet:

Are people using it? Finding it useful/accurate?

Where is the real time data? All I see is NOAA GFS data (the map) and forecasts from NEMS. Not very useful for wind sports, but nice to look at sometimes. For all intents and purposes the same as earth.nullschool.net/
