I'm heading to WA for a wedding in late feb and i'm taking my kit. How far is it from Cottesloe to woodies point. And should i expect some heavy crowds?? I've heard heaps of pro's talk it up and would like 2 fly ther myself.

I will second the thieves comment. Made a brief visit to woodmans point last week and had the car cleaned out. Park up the end with everyone else.

I know its pedantic, inconesquential, and nit-picking, yet I'd just like to point out that it's Woodman Point: no 's'.
No nastiness meant, just pointing it out...
