Has anyone seen the new REAL DVD - Zero to Hero?
Only new at this myself but thought it was a good DVD. answered some things Id not worked out yet.
What do others think?

By far the best learner DVD we have seen is the Progression Beginner DVD by Fat Sands. Many of the other DVDS are actually quite good but these are EXCEPTIONAL!
Its 2 whole hours long, EXTREMELY thorough and follows the recognised world leading IKO teaching system.
Everything from the absolute basics right through to jumping is covered!
