We did not really get much of the NE in Sydney, a few guys got out at Kurnell on Saturday, then Sunday turned on a really good N to NW, eventually swinging WNW when I had a go later in the day. Managed to get a late session from around 4 to 5.40ish, then 15 mins later a 30 knot W came through. Really ugly black squall line made me run for cover, just as the wind was picking up nicely. No-one on the beach, it was almost dark when I came in, so I just pinged the IDS system and the 13M CB IDS just plopped down, LE down into the wind, downwind of me, perfect 3 pointer!
got 3 hrs in on sat arvo at east corrimal,18 to 21 knots ne.Some really nice waves came through later.Great session,4 others out.Went to go out at sandon pt but surfing contest was on,was pissd off but east corrima turned it on
