I need some wind!

I have two weeks off in mid september, and I am hoping to head up to Monkey Mia, or anywhere up that way, for a week of my leave. Prepared to stop anywhere on the way for a womp if the weather is right.

My leave starts Monday 12th September.

I have arranged to work two night shifts in Geraldton on sat 17 and sun 18.

I am not due back in Perth until the following Sunday.

Does anyone wants to share driving/camping for the week either before or after (prefer after) the 17th and 18th? The only issue is that I need to spend those two nights in Gero, so either hang around in Gero (free accommodation available), or catch a bus and I can be responsible for your kit.

Gimme a call - 9383 3002, or reply through the forum, or email me through the forum.

oh man! i had similar plans for mid-sept and was hoping to share driving/expenses with someone but i have just this week been hit with a major repair expense ($12,000) on my house so i don't think the missus is going to be very understanding about any kind of road trip for me now!

also means no new kites this season

totally bummed ...

KPWT are organizing a trip up to Gnaraloo for the riders the week before the Gravity Games. I understand that they will be providing pro photographers, etc and the footage will feature in a DVD

Lighthouse is a caravan park sort of place out of Exmouth right next to a good sailing area. Its a more immediate gateway to the national park. Exmouth itself is a bit of a hole in my view.
