Dont know if this is what you mean. But ive got nothing better to do.
Somewhere nice. With no very close buildings, powerlines, car parks, trees. Accididents happen, and you want to have the best chance. A place with a nice launching area free of sharp stuff like glass, big prickles, some shells etc. Somewhere away from swimmers, surfers, sun bathers and families. Where wind comes from the right direction.
