i made a bulge in the biggest part of my bladder by over inflating when it was out of the kite, i have flown it since then, without incident. should i do something about it? it is at the largest part of the leading edge bladder.

The bulge is not a problem as long as you didn't make the bladder too thin at the point of the bulge. As long as the bladder is reinserted properly back into the leading edge, and you have flown it since. I wouldn't worry. If you are deeply troubled by it, you could always remove the bladder again and place a large patch over the bulge by using a piece of an old bladder and contact gluing it in place.
