Hey guys,
Looking at buying a Waterproof camera. Unfortunately none of the good ones on the market take sequential stills. Does anyone know if you can extract a decent still from the HD video which they take?
I know the gopro is better for this kind of thing, but I wanted to use for everyday use as well.

What sort of sequences do you need?
The gopro will do stills down to 1 second intervals, and the still quality is much better than pulling frames from the HD video (from what I have seen).
Failing most consumer grade waterproof compact cameras do have a sequential mode.
