It's the second time he's done it too. This time was no doubt more risky coz the Seli had been broken up by the strong Cape Town winter swells (it split into two), and of course the sea had done it's thing making all edges of ironwork nice and rusty and ugly making the boarding/ climbing of the wreck more hazardous, and of course the jump.
I think in any other country the guy would be lambasted for potentially getting kiters banned from kite beaches for this kind of stunt, but as it is Cape Town.........
