so is kiting in winter dangerous?
i know wear wetsuits and toughen up, but seriously.
so these winds are prety strong and unpredictable. How about.
Trainer kites, lol. no? what size would u say for a small gal in these winds lol.

depends where u r
trades in northern parts/cocos etc can be very good
frontal wind in perth can b ok , BUT need to be very selective if u are a newbie
clear sky nw good
generally if there are clouds and especially if there is rain will be gusty tending to squally = not good
rotto readings can give an indication of whats comming
also look at seabreeze graphs, if saw toothing (up down up down) not good, i find if gusts > 8-10kn higher than average also ****e
if in doubt dont go out
there was a death at r'ham in nwesters a few yrs ago - gusty ++ that day
