someone at pelican point possibley while out on the water let their kite go. i think it was a white or a blue and white foil possibly an arc. the kite went over the trees and into the next bay downwind were it landed on the ground and member of the public tried to tie it on to a copper log to stop it blowing away but unfortunatly the kite then powered up and tore the log out of the ground and took off with poor joe public being towed along by a line that had wraped around his leg fortunatly he only suffered a few minor scratches to his leg but he is VERY pissed off because who ever it was didnt even say sorry and infact he never even saw who it was nor did anyone else so can the phantom arc rider please come forward before kite surfing gets banned at pelican point.
