I really like the idea behind the one hit wonder ski jump format where the public vote online and also get a chance to win something pretty epic for their trouble.

It seems like a great way for the sport and sponsors to get their message out to a wider audience and relieves the pressure on huey to deliver on a daily basis and negates the need for judges at the event . I'm not suggesting that the format replaces existing kiteboard comps but it seems like a nice complimentary program that could apply to freestyle and waveride .
It's also a good avenue for budding sports video camera people to expose their handywork to a greater audience
