Juggy given that your profile says you are a 39 year old male called Justin, why do you ask? Looking for a hot date who won't mind you running to the beach every time it is windy?

Galaonthebay, i see you are a 999 year old female. similarly my profile is not entirely accurate,I am actually a 23 year old buxom blond. How do you think i got the name juggy. i certainly won't mind my man kiting when the wind howls. shame you live in sydney.
my enquiry was for one of my girlfriends who wants to learn.

You could try these contact numbers for IKO approved centres. For Perth, call Darren and he would most likely be able to recommend someone.
