AKSA will be asked to provide nominations of the top Aussie riders available and willing to come to Perth.
It should be straight from the national rankings (but a system is yet to be developed as far as I know?) - last year it was simply from the results of the previouis National Championships with a couple of wildcards thrown in. At the end of the day it's up to AKSA.
Last year there were 8 slots for top riders available from the PKRA and KPWT circuits and 8 slots from Oz. There were no women or juniors divisions last year and the indication from Tim Thirsk at this stage is that 2005 will be the same :-(
Format and venues are still TBC. If you want your say to be most effective I'd suggest you provide input through your State Association to AKSA.
