pretty simple click on photos
www.seabreeze.com.au/gallery/
then upload
www.seabreeze.com.au/gallery/upload.asp?categoryid=1
then compleat the thing out.

HCG- If you have Firefox installed www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ , you just need to install Greasemonkey greasemonkey.mozdev.org/ , and then install Bondo's script ...
