can we blame this one on the large hadron collider too? last I checked summer was just around the corner and shaping up to be quite a good season. Unless of course NSW has taken on a whole new system on solar orientation and it is infact winter now...

Summer doesn't exist in Manchester, but being only 5 days from returning to Perth, I really couldn't give a Phuket.

I see green arrows, and lots of them. There's been rain like that on the forecast for the last week and nothing has shown up. I reckon it's going to be great conditions.

Nickloop - dead right, if he's trying to put me off with the 18deg, he's failing. It's about 10deg, windy and wet here right now. Roll on Sunday when I can change this

I am almost getting excited GreenPat - been way too busy working, doing renos, saying goodbyes and looking after my pregnant wife to get too excited.

The idea of 13hrs sitting on a plane is looking pretty 'ken appealing right now.

But yes, the idea of a demo session with KiteHard late next week and a abunch of new gear does get the heart beating a bit faster.

As does the thought of wearing shorts, needing sunnies, diving into the Indian Ocean, having sand between the toes and at the bottom of the bed and all those other things that Manchester has never and will never have to offer.
