Hi Miss Jessie,

Give Pinnaroo Point a mis in that wind direction as it's dead onshore, add to that the beach is non existent at this time of year and you have a bad place to kite.

Mullaloo is generally better with enough beach and a better wind direction. Avoid Pinnas until the S'Westers return our beach to us.

Kite safely and make sure you keep well away from the surf club. The wind direction will favour the northern end in any case.

Cheers,

KH

It will prob be pretty much dead onshore up here too, and there is not much beach left here either at this time of year, so be careful, but if you can handle a few small waves then yeah as Dazza said try the North end of Mullaz, I will more than likely be out.

Hi Miss Jessie

Always welcome up our way, were a friendly bunch ! can i come to the party, lol

As the other's mentioned, the northern end at Mulla's is better at the moment, watch you kite on the fences during launch/land

Thanks everyone for the info. Will try Mulla's today on a pink 5/7, if the wind cleans up a bit. Hope to catch some of you out.
Jessie
p.s. I'll remember to stick well clear of those fences!!

Never been a big fan of waves b4 but Mullaloo def changed my opinion. Was also a lot better after i changed the tuning on the 5. One day i'll fig out the tuning to keep it powered up but not stalling...
Anyway will have to come visit again in the neer future

Got to admit I was wondering what line Mr Walks had used to get you to get your gear off so quick
Turns out he just used the old drop a blue bottle down the wetty trick

Seriously though I don't think I have ever seen that many blue bottles here, there is thousands of the little buggers.

As far as the tuning goes, sounds like you may have just over done it a bit with the extensions on the back lines. I reckon you could probably lose them even if it means you have to pull a little depower. I'd be happy to check it out for you if you venture back up this way.

Scarbs, swanny and woodies have more blue bottles than usual too.

Bloody annoying for me as i rash up. Drink a bit of alcohol and rashes from 4 weeks ago appear again... cant win with the buggers. Tho got away lucky my leg isn't too bad, was a pretty small bluey. I'm stumped how it got into my wetty and to the upper part of my leg-as i'm devoid of any other rashes to that point.

Was prob the fastest u ever got a girl out or her wetty, tony??? Good first impression... haha
